Privacy Policy

Updated January, 2020
TL;DR – We don’t share data with any third-parties who don’t serve a basic functional role in the operations of our business (e.g. cloud hosting). We protect your data using best practices and don't sell it. In addition, we also only store cookies for authentication purposes and don't track you outside of Yallhands services. This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Yallhands (aka Aubry LLC) and its related companies collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this website, (the "Site"). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.

Yallhands collects selected user data for each user that may consist, but not be limited to, business email address, phone number, job title, social media handles, as well as relevant dates such as birthdays. The user data we collect is primarily used for contacting and access via portals and emails, but also to share in a directory accessible to other users that share the same workplace account. We aim to only collect data that is required to provide our services, and we only store it insofar that it is necessary to deliver these services.

Yallhands uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Yallhands. Although Yallhands owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Yallhands application, the workspace account administrators own the data. We may use your account data in an anonymized fashion to enhance our service to clients (e.g. enhancing our search algorithm). We will never share your personal data with a 3rd party without your prior authorization, and we will never sell data to 3rd parties. We process data inside of the United States. We transfer data with third-parties necessary to our ability to provide our services, all of whom are GDPR-compliant and provide the necessary safeguards required if they are outside of the EU.

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, customize site page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies are required to use Yallhands.
